Karen Elson. Director - Knowledge

Implementing a structured approach to the capture and dissemination of knowledge on/across major projects, raising the bar in industry.

Karen is a major projects consultant, chartered engineer and certified knowledge manager with 20+ year’s experience of major projects including HS2, Palace of Westminster, Crossrail, Major Projects Association, the Olympic Delivery Authority and London Legacy Development Corporation. She provides expertise in learning legacy and knowledge management, continuous learning, process development, governance, integrated assurance, PMO set up and performance monitoring and reporting. Karen has led the implementation of innovative and award winning learning legacy programmes on major projects across the construction industry.

Karen also been a NED for the last 8 years including roles on the board for the British Association for Nutritional Therapy responsible for strategic planning and performance improvement and more recently as a Trustee for the Museum of Dartmoor Life and as a volunteer for Remap which matches engineering innovation to disability need.


Jo Lucas. Director - Networks

Creating delivery frameworks and connecting networks within complex projects to ensure the right knowledge at the right time for optimal project performance.

Jo is a visionary, influencer and connector.  She draws together learning from across disciplines, bringing a laser sharp focus to her client’s challenges.  She bridges across vertical interfaces to deliver sustainable change between and across complex, ambiguous environments.  When delivering complex projects, she believes setting up the right connections, networks, relationships and conversations is as essential as implementing strategy, processes and systems.   

Jo also leads the not-for-profit Ego to Eco, a collaboration with artist, Wolfgang Buttress to share knowledge and inspire collective action in meeting the challenge of the most mega of mega-projects, the climate and biodiversity emergency. She built a RIBA award winning house out of rusty steel using Modern Methods of Construction and gave a TEDX talk on Superheroes and Sidekicks, exploring what it means to lead in complex networks.

Jo has over 20 years of experience of delivering change within and between large and complex organisations, including TfL, HS2 Ltd, UCL, BAA, ODA and  Network Rail.  In addition, her background as a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience in civil/structures gives Jo a broad perspective of our impact on the environment.

Mick Hill. Director - Behaviours

Supporting good leadership behaviours and removing cultural barriers to effective networks and knowledge flow.

Senior Executive with global Strategic Management/Programme experience. Key influencer, facilitator and trouble-shooter with proven high-end leadership, strategic, cultural, behavioural and project delivery skills. 

Previous operational CEO within global FTSE 1OO Group (WPP), working for last 20+ years within major, high profile public/private sector projects including heading up (Senior Project Manager/Director) £1bn+ project within in the Atomic Weapons industry, development of cultural delivery strategy for Hinkley NNB, strategic delivery / design thinking workshops / learning legacy programmes for HS2, UCL, Heathrow, Tate Modern. Now delivering Continuous Learning Innovation, Improvement and Knowledge programme for Palace of Westminster.

Mick has been a NED and volunteer for many years, RYA youth coaching/racing.
