We are a zero growth SME organisation who believes in delivering sustainable outcomes for our clients and for continuous improvement of projects in our industry. Jo Lucas, Karen Elson and Mick Hill are the three founder directors with over 75 years collective experience of major projects, we also work with a select number of associates.
More and more of our work is focussed upon insourcing. As a three member team we are working/co-creating with our client base in the development of internal skills and capabilities against a backdrop of increased pressure on spend and the move away from high end consutancy costs.
