More and more of our work is focussed upon insourcing. As a three member team we are working/co-creating with our client base in the development of internal skills and capabilities against a backdrop of increased pressure on spend and the move away from high end consutancy costs. We have developed some key principles to achieve faster insourcing in the specific areas of knowledge, processes and people - give us a shout to learn more
